LOYALTY PROGRAM

Belfiore is thrilled to introduce our Loyalty Rewards Program. Every time you visit us at Belfiore, you'll earn Loyalty Points. Points can be exchanged for products, services, or contributed to your preferred local charity. Inquire with our Guest Service Team about enrollment – all that's required is an active email account.

LOYALTY REWARDS - Accrue 1 point for every $40 spent on services and 1 point for every $20 spent on retail items. Earn 200 points for referring a friend to Belfiore, The Salon (resulting in a $20 credit to your account!)

LOYALTY REDEMPTION - 10 points = $1. You can redeem up to 20% of your service bill* and 100% of your product purchase. Additionally, you have the option to DONATE your points to a charity of your choice. Belfiore will present a gift bag worth DOUBLE your donated point balance, making your points doubly impactful when you GIVE 💝.

Bonus Points/Bonus Rewards - Stay tuned for bonus point promotions, such as double points on retail and gift card purchases. During your birthday month, enjoy a complimentary custom treatment when booking any Belfiore Salon service**

CANCELLATIONS

With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window will result in 25% of the service & time being charged to the guest. No call / no show reservations will be charged 100% the services and time reserved.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.

SPA ETIQUETTE

For the optimal spa experience, we recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to relax with a beverage and change into your robe and slippers. We ask that no one under the age of 8 is in the spa or salon if they are not receiving services. Please silence your cell phone while in the spa.

TEAM DYNAMIC

At Belfiore we work as a team. Please feel free to receive services from any service provider of your choice, and to switch service providers at any time.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be purchased in person, by telephone or online. Gift cards are not refundable.

CHILDREN & PETS

For everyone's safety please do not bring pets or children under the age of 6 years with you to your appointment. During enhanced social distancing, children who are not receiving services are not allowed in the salon.

MEDICATIONS

It is important to let your service provider know if you are currently taking any medication. Some medications may alter the effects of chemical services or may be contraindicated with certain body treatments or products.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. A 15-20% gratuity is suggested.

We accept cash, all forms of credit cards, SpaFinder, Spa Wish and most HSA spending accounts.
