Mikayla's journey in the beauty industry, fueled by a lifelong passion for hair, began as a child within the Belfiore family. Her expertise, honed at Aveda Cosmetology School and under the mentorship of senior stylist Tammy Emling, shines in color, special occasions, and cutting techniques. Known for her exceptional service and communication, Mikayla believes in making her guests feel and look their best. She excels in customizing styles with Bellami hair extensions and is a L'Oréal color specialist.

As a Kerastase ambassador, she also shares her deep product knowledge while training the next generation of stylists. Outside the salon, Mikayla cherishes moments with her family and her son, Jaxen.
