Botox Cosmetic
Erase fine lines and wrinkles!
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate-to-severe frown lines between the brows in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time (temporary). BOTOX® Cosmetic is a simple, non-surgical procedure that smoothes the deep, persistent lines and wrinkles that develop over time.
How does BOTOX ® Cosmetic work?
BOTOX® Cosmetic utilizes a natural, purified protein that is administered at very low doses to reduce the contractions of the muscles that cause those persistent frown lines that have developed over time. While the results are dramatic, it will not radically change your facial appearance. The muscles are simply relaxed, so you can still frown, smile, or look surprised without the wrinkles and creases.
What is a BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment like?
BOTOX® Cosmetic procedures are fast, simple, and minimally invasive, and no anesthesia is required. Injections are administered with an ultra-fine needle directly into the area being treated. Discomfort is minimal and brief, and once complete, there is usually no discomfort. Most people return directly to work or normal activity following treatment.
What areas can be treated with BOTOX® Cosmetic?
BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments can be performed in a number of locations, including between your brows, eye area, smile lines, and neck. Effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic appear within a few days and generally last from four to six months.

Dysport
Prescription Dysport is an injection used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults less than 65 years of age.
Dysport is a purified formulation that has been shown to deliver temporary improvements in moderate to severe frown lines, even with repeat treatments. So, the effect of repeat treatment with Dysport may be comparable to your first use. This injectable treatment for wrinkles is made from the same neurotoxin (botulinum toxin type A) as Botox. Dysport (formally Reloxin) received the approval of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use as a wrinkle treatment in the spring of 2009, but it has been smoothing out facial folds and lines in Europe, South America, and elsewhere for several years. Like Botox, this injectable was originally developed in the 1990s to treat neuromuscular disorders.
How Does Dysport Work?
Dysport is injected directly into the muscles that cause facial wrinkles, temporarily immobilizing them. It specifically targets the glabullar muscles — the ones that form creases on your forehead when you frown.

Artefill
$1000 per syringe
Average 5 to 10 years longevity!
Artefill is a long-lasting — maybe even permanent — injectable soft tissue filler. It can put the brakes on your smile lines (nasolabial folds) for a long, long time — maybe even forever.
Artefill was approved by the FDA in October 2006 for the treatment of nasolabial folds and has also been used off-label for lip augmentation, acne scars, and other wrinkles. It bears the distinction of being the only “permanent” soft tissue filler approved for use in the U.S.
What Is Artefill?
Artefill is a hybrid gel filler consisting of millions of synthetic microspheres of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) which are suspended in purified bovine (cow) collagen. Artefill also contains a local anesthetic. This takes the edge off by providing pain relief at the same time as the initial injection. Artefill results appear almost immediately.
Sometimes more than one treatment session is needed. In these cases, the Artefill treatments are usually performed three to six weeks apart. There is virtually no downtime after Artefill injections.
Artefill vs. Other Soft Tissue Fillers
With other fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm, the ingredients are gradually re-absorbed by the body. By contrast, the microspheres in Artefill are not absorbed by the body. This is why Artefill lasts longer than other fillers on the market. The microspheres can only be removed surgically.
What’s more, the microspheres in Artefill also stimulate your body to produce collagen, which is the main structural protein found in your skin. Our collagen supply dwindles with advancing age, often resulting in facial lines, folds and other signs of aging on the face.
Is Artefill Right For You?
Artefill is best if you already know that you like what a soft tissue filler can do for your face. Permanent is great if you are in love with the results, but not so great if you are not. Artefill is best for smile lines; it is not recommended for areas with thinner skin such as crow’s feet around the eyes.

Radiesse
$650 per syringe
Radiesse® is a safe, FDA-approved dermal filler that restores a natural, youthful look. Used primarily to treat areas with obvious signs of facial aging, Radiesse® does more than other fillers that simply work to erase wrinkles – it rebuilds your skin’s foundation and restores your youthful look. Its unique contouring ability allows physicians to treat large areas of the face in one procedure.
How does Radiesse® work?
Radiesse® works with your body, below the skin’s surface. It is an injectable filler made of synthetic minerals. A gel carrier delivers the particles and holds them in place. When injected, the gel carrier creates a temporary fill, lasting anywhere from three to six months. The calcium particles left behind create a scaffold for your tissue to build around which creates the longer term fill.
What is Radiesse® made of?
Radiesse® is composed of tiny microspheres of a synthetic material called calcium hydroxylapatite that is combined with a common hydrogel used in a vast array of products. The result is a white, creamy substance with similar structural characteristics as bone and teeth.
Where can Radiesse® be used?
For facial contouring, Radiesse® can be used for smoothing and contouring smile lines or nasolabial folds, acne scarring, cheek, chin or jawline augmentation, or non-surgical rhinoplasty. We have also seen impressive results when used on the hands to decrease the signs of aging.
Is there any downtime with the procedure?
Radiesse® allows you to resume your daily activities immediately. You may experience some mild swelling or redness at the injection site that typically last no longer than a day.
How long will the results of a Radiesse® treatment last?
One treatment may last a year or longer. By having a touch-up treatment, results may last 18 months to two years.

Restylane
$475 per syringe
Restylane® is a safe and natural dermal filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct facial wrinkles and folds. Collagen is a protein that is found naturally in your body to give support to your skin. With time (or accelerated by sun or smoke damage), your body’s collagen weakens forming wrinkles in skin. Restylane® helps to replenish the skin’s natural collagen support layer and provide additional support. The result is a smoother face.
How does Restylane® work?
Restylane® is a cosmetic dermal filler made of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that already exists in the human body. The hyaluronic acid also creates volume in the face, giving it a healthy, youthful appearance. When Restylane® is injected directly into areas where the body’s collagen has been weakened, depressions can be raised to the level of surrounding skin. This smoothes and minimizes facial lines and most types of scars. In addition, skin texture is improved and has a softer and more even tone.
How is a Restylane® procedure performed?
Restylane® is injected directly into the skin in tiny amounts by an ultrafine needle, resulting in minimal discomfort. The procedure is simple and quick, and results are practically instantaneous.
Where can Restylane® be used?
The areas most commonly treated are the area between the eyebrows, the nasolabial folds, and the area around the mouth. The treatment can also help to define the lip border and give the appearance of a fuller lip.
How long will the results of a Restylane® treatment last?
Restylane® effects last between six and nine months.

Juvederm
$500 per syringe
Juvederm® Injectable Gel is the “next generation” of dermal fillers. Created by Allergan – the manufacturer of Botox®, Juvederm provides a smooth, long-lasting correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Dermal fillers are used to restore volume and fullness to the skin, giving a healthy, youthful appearance.
How long does Juvederm last?
Juvederm® typically provides optimal results with a single treatment. Juvederm® is the only hyaluronic acid (HA) filler FDA approved to last up to one year.
What areas can be treated with Juvederm®?
Juvederm® is most commonly used to correct smile lines, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines (lines formed near the chin). It can also help to define the lip border and give the appearance of a fuller lip.

Perlane
$500 per syringe
Perlane is one of several hyaluronic acid-based soft tissue fillers on the U.S. market. It is approved to treat moderate to mild creases around the mouth, but is used off label for plumping eyebrows, smoothing under-eye hollows, enhancing the lips, defining the cupid’s bow (the curve of the upper lip), enhancing volume and defining contours of the cheeks, chin and jawline. Perlane is also used to soften the appearance of scars and other depressed facial marks.
Like other hyaluronic acid-based fillers, Perlane helps replenish your body’s depleting supply of hyaluronic acid, which is found in the connective tissues of your body. Advancing age and the sun’s harmful ultraviolet radiation cause our natural supply of hyaluronic acid to diminish, and this can manifest in an aging face.
